Due to a growing project pipeline for 2026, we are expanding our technician pool and looking for experienced professionals interested in long‑term, project‑based cooperation.

About The Role

Join leading onshore wind farm construction projects across the United Kingdom. We are looking for experienced wind turbine technicians, construction specialists, and skilled hands‑on workers who want to apply their expertise in the construction and installation of wind turbines. Previous wind turbine experience is highly welcomed but not mandatory; experience working on construction sites is required.

Key Responsibilities

Ground Level Preparation & Foundations

• Site preparation, concrete works, foundation setting
• Crane setup assistance, ground rigging, load preparation

Tower Section Assembly (Ground to Top)

• Bolt torquing, flange alignment, preparation of sections for lifting
• Ground crew support during tower lifts (signalman, tag lines)

Nacelle & Blade Handling

• Nacelle positioning and blade root preparation
• Use of lifting slings, blade handling, hub alignment support

Cable & Commissioning Support

• Cable tray installation and cable pulling assistance
• Basic termination preparation and handover checklists

Requirements

Construction Experience (required), For Example

• Steel structure erection, scaffolding, crane operations / rigging
• Concrete works / formwork, heavy lift projects
• Site supervision, banksman / slinger roles

Essential

• Right to work in the United Kingdom
• Valid CSCS card
• Wind turbine experience welcome but not mandatory

Training Provided

• GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) and Basic Technical Training (BTT)
• Additional role‑specific training required for specific site tasks
