Our client, a mid-sized UK-centric law firm with a great culture, is looking for an interim mid/senior IP lawyer to start ASAP for 3 months. Reporting into the head of the firm's Brands group and working either part-time or full-time, the role will focus on:
- The branding of new product launches and the rebranding of products and businesses.
- Managing trade mark portfolios across entertainment, advertising, IT, FMCG, fashion and sport.
- Working with music and sports personalities about brand protection, licensing, infringements and collaborations with high street and high-end retailers.
- Handling brand protection strategies, particularly in clearance, monitoring, enforcement, and trade mark and design filing.
