We have an exciting new opportunity with our client, a VC-backed, London-based, AI-powered technology company, to hire an experienced Public M&A lawyer for a specific project
For this project, you will be using your Public M&A background and knowledge to help them interpret signals identified within time narratives and create maps that link references to documents and/or procedural steps to business context.
Tasks will involve looking at highly anonymised summaries of time narratives and being asked to contextualise matters. This project will appeal to someone interested in understanding the underlying legal processes and what drives certain things to happen in transactions, rather than being the most technical M&A lawyer.
