We have an amazing opportunity with one of our fantastic clients, a market-leading law firm renowned for its exceptional expertise in the public sector and its commitment to shaping the standards of local government law. We are building a team of motivated Paralegals to join a high-profile project focused on examining local authority housing allocation decisions. Working within a collaborative and highly supported environment, you will play a key role in reviewing case files to determine if there are grounds for a maladministration finding (i.e., identifying whether an authority may have acted inappropriately or unfairly in how a decision was made). This role offers a unique opportunity to gain deep experience in public law and administrative decision-making while ensuring fair outcomes in line with industry standards.

- Location: Central London
- Days: 5 days a week on-site
- Duration: 12 weeks, with a potential extension
- Start Date: 2nd February

About You
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience as a Case Handler, Case Worker, or in Early Claims Assessment. Experience in Public Law or with an Ombudsman is highly desirable.
- Analytical Mindset: The ability to move beyond simple data entry to evaluate the fairness and appropriateness of a decision-making process.
- Reliability: Ability to work on-site in London 5 days a week to facilitate close supervision and team learning.
- Qualifications: You must hold a UK LLB, GDL/MA Conversion, or LLM.
