We have an exciting new opportunity with one of our wonderful clients who is looking for an NQ Lawyer or a Senior Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will be someone who has previous experience within the water industry; however, this is not required as the successful candidate will receive an induction on this. The successful candidate must have experience dealing with commercial contracts and some experience with Company Secretary/Governance tasks or an interest in developing their skills in this area.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Legal team on an incoming fund project
  • Providing support to the relevant committees
  • Attending important board meetings and drafting meeting minutes
  • Drafting commercial contracts and data-sharing agreements

Key details:

Location: Predominantly remote; however, travel to their office in Southampton is required for the first day of the placement and on the following dates.
