Are you an experienced construction lawyer? Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking to hire a managing associate for maternity leave cover. If you have 5+ years of non-contentious construction experience, then we want to hear from you!

The Team: This team consists of 9 partners and 9 associates, and the work will involve you drafting and negotiating all forms of legal construction documentation (JCT, NEC and FIDIC contracts). Additionally, the construction aspects of project agreements such as development agreements, funding agreements, and agreements for lease and asset protection agreements will be completed. This team's clients range from major developers, property investors, asset managers, investment managers, banks, occupiers and private clients.

Role details:

  • Work pattern: Full-time (37.5 hours)
  • Estimated start date: ASAP (Provisional date = 23rd June)
  • Length of Assignment: 9-12 months
