We are seeking an experienced Interim Privacy Lawyer to support a global organisation during a critical period of growth and transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large, international business with a significant presence across the UK and Europe, supporting the legal function with a particular focus on privacy and data protection matters, working closely with the senior legal counsel and reporting directly to the Global Head of Privacy.

- Experience: Ideally 3–5 PQE, though more senior candidates with relevant experience and flexible rate expectations are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities
- Support the legal function on privacy and data protection matters
- Work closely with senior legal stakeholders, including the Global Head of Privacy
- Contract drafting and review
- AI-related risk and compliance matters
- Vendor/privacy agreement (VPA) sign-off
- General commercial legal advice
- Ad hoc M&A support
Requirements
- 3-5 years' PQE
- Strong experience in privacy and GDPR
- Previous in-house experience, particularly within AI or cyber-related sectors
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Agile, hands-on, and able to quickly integrate into existing teams
