The Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Manager is a key role within the Lawyer Acquisition team, requiring strong organisational skills and an excellent attention to detail. The role involves thinking on your feet, solving problems, and making effective decisions, while having a passion for delivering great outcomes to Flex’s candidates amid juggling competing demands and managing a varied workload.

  • Lawyer & Company Secretary attraction, vetting and onboarding

Role Responsibilities

The role will be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with candidates.
  • Finding, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates to join the Flex platform.
  • Contributing to the delivery of quarterly OKRs for the Lawyer Acquisition team.
  • Supporting the Head of Lawyer Acquisition with onboarding of additional team members, taking responsibility for specific operational and administrative tasks within the Lawyer Acquisition team, e.g., assigning and overseeing onboarding.
  • Monitoring pool health, being the escalation point in the team for resolving queries and managing compliance such as SRA, S43 and right to work checks.
  • Leading on strategic projects relating to Lawyer & Company Secretary acquisition.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations, commercial agreements and company policies.
  • Working alongside Client, Marketing, Technology and Finance teams to ensure a positive experience for our candidates.
  • Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape and industry developments relevant to the Lawyer & Company Secretary Acquisition.
  • Attending networking and other events (virtual and/or in person) and being an ambassador for Flex Legal.
