Our client, a global law firm, is looking for 4 Family Lawyers to join their firm for 3-6 months. This is an excellent opportunity to support a top 10 firm, highly regarded for its Family Practice.
In this role, you can expect to work on family matters with High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth Private Clients. You will also be working on high-value financial disputes, often involving complex structures, trusts and business interests. The work will also encompass high-conflict, private law children matters and will also involve you advising clients on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of complex family law matters involving High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients.
- Advise on high‑value financial disputes, including cases involving intricate asset structures, trusts, international elements, and business interests.
- Handle high‑conflict private law children matters, providing clear, strategic guidance to clients throughout proceedings.
- Draft, negotiate, and advise on pre‑nuptial and post‑nuptial agreements for sophisticated domestic and international clients.
- Work collaboratively with partners and associates across the firm to deliver seamless client service.
- Maintain exceptional client communication, ensuring discretion, sensitivity, and a high standard of professional care.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the team during a period of increased workflow, supporting colleagues where needed.
