Our client is looking for Ad-Hoc commercial lawyers to support a multi-jurisdictional legal content review project. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented legal professionals who enjoy precise analysis and can validate and verify documentation across multiple countries.
The role
- Reviewing legal documentation across MSAs, PSAs and NDAs
- Validating legal accuracy for any of the following jurisdictions: Vietnam and/or Thailand
- Providing jurisdiction-specific insight for the countries you know well, ensuring compliance and local fit
- Improving drafting quality and localisation standards
- Localising Cloud Terms of Service for UK and EU use
What we’re looking for
- Lawyers with strong experience in one or more of the listed jurisdictions
- Ability to analyse legal content quickly and identify gaps, risks or inaccuracies
- Confident drafting and editing skills across commercial contracts
- Clear understanding of legal nuance and localisation requirements
- Ability to work independently and at pace
- Excellent attention to detail
