Our client, a global law firm, is looking for a Junior Interim Commercial Real Estate Lawyer on an ad-hoc basis over a longer-term period. This represents an excellent opportunity to support a highly regarded practice on a range of high-quality and interesting matters.
Lawyers who express interest in this role will be prioritised for interim commercial real estate opportunities. We currently work with a strong cohort of commercial real estate lawyers at the firm, many of whom speak very positively about their experience and have benefited from exposure to multiple teams and a variety of roles within the firm.
You will be joining a broad, client-facing team within a well-established, collaborative, and respected department.
The Role:- Provision of interim support on an ad-hoc basis, anticipated to continue through to the end of the year.
- Involvement in a varied workload across commercial real estate matters.
- Working closely with experienced lawyers in a supportive team environment.
- 0-3 PQE.
- Broad commercial real estate experience is essential.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to operate effectively in a client-facing role.
- Working Pattern: Ad-hoc.
- Start Date: ASAP.
- Rate: Competitive.
You will be working alongside partners within the real estate division. You can expect to work on a broad range of real estate transactions, advising clients on their property plans and supporting their alignment with their business strategies. You can also expect to support property development and development funding work for companies and work on real estate-focused acquisitions.
