Flex Legal are an online platform connecting law firms and in-house counsel to lawyers and paralegals for a flexible, on-demand service. Our client, a highly reputable London law firm boasting one of the largest and most well-regarded property litigation practices in the City, is looking for a lawyer with contentious property experience on either a short or long-term temporary basis. This tier-one team advises a real mix of clients from developers to corporate occupiers, investment funds and high-net-worth individuals.

The role will involve working on complex property-related disputes, including development disputes, injunctions, joint venture disputes, judicial reviews and a wide range of smaller contentious matters. The team regularly participates in court and trial work including in the Appeal Courts with their high-profile cases regularly attracting significant media interest. Excellent day rates and technical, stimulating work are on offer.

Ideal candidate:

  • Experience assisting with property-related disputes.
  • General contentious commercial property experience.
  • Experience maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Experience preparing court documents and managing all aspects of the property litigation process.
  • Experience advising clients on a range of disputes, from landlord and tenant issues to complex commercial property matters.
