REPORTS TO: Head of Lawyer Acquisition
JOB SUMMARY: The Talent (Lawyer) Acquisition/Recruitment Manager is a key role within the Lawyer Acquisition team. It requires someone with very strong organisational skills who is able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail. This role involves being able to think on your feet, solve problems and make effective decisions. It requires someone to be passionate about delivering great outcomes to Flex’s candidates, while juggling competing demands and managing a varied workload.

- Experience within recruitment and/or legal environments would be highly advantageous
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Lawyer & Company Secretary candidate pool
- Lawyer & Company Secretary attraction, vetting and onboarding
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build strong relationships with candidates
- Find, screen, interview and onboard candidates to join the Flex platform
- Contribute to the delivery of quarterly OKRs for the Lawyer Acquisition team
- Support the Head of Lawyer Acquisition with onboarding of additional team members
- Take responsibility for specific operational and administrative tasks within the Lawyer Acquisition team, e.g., assigning and overseeing onboardings; monitoring pool health etc.
- Key escalation point in the team for resolving team queries
- Manage compliance such as SRA, S43 and right to work checks
- Lead on strategic projects relating to Lawyer & Company Secretary acquisition
- Ensure compliance with regulations, commercial agreements and company policies
- Work alongside Client, Marketing, Technology and Finance teams to ensure a positive experience for our candidates
- Maintain awareness of the competitive market landscape and industry developments relevant to the Lawyer & Company Secretary Acquisition team
- Attend networking and other events (virtual and/or in person) and be an ambassador for Flex
