Job Role: Physiotherapist (Mid-Level / MSK focus)

Salary: £35,000 – £39,500 DOE

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Hull

Full-time, permanent role based primarily at the Hull clinic (K3 Business Park, Clough Road)

Monday to Friday – no weekends required

Flexible early and late shifts (can be fixed pattern)

Free parking and accessible by public transport

We’re looking for a confident, capable physiotherapist who thrives in a dynamic private practice environment. You’ll be someone who:

Is HCPC and CSP registered

Has a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience

Brings strong MSK and private practice experience (essential)

Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Has a balance of clinical skill and commercial awareness

Enjoys mentoring or supporting more junior physios

Works proactively and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Holds a full driving licence and access to a car

This is a hands-on clinical position within a thriving, modern, and well-equipped private physiotherapy service.

You’ll be:

Delivering expert MSK and sports physiotherapy assessments and treatments

Guiding clients through the entire rehab pathway — from assessment and clinic-based treatment to gym-based rehabilitation and return-to-sport

Managing post-operative, complex MSK, and sporting injury cases

Working alongside colleagues in neuro, paediatrics, and occupational health — true multi-disciplinary collaboration

Contributing to clinical governance, service improvement, and CPD initiatives

Building strong relationships with clients, referrers, insurers, and local sports clubs

Playing an active part in the clinic’s continuous development and success
