An opportunity has arisen to join us here at Fleurtations Plantscapes Ltd to be responsible for growing a key focus market for us. Fleurtations have an enviable reputation in delivering some of the most iconic external and internal Christmas displays in the market place. They are also the carefully chosen plant display partner for some of the most prestigious events in the UK such as The Open Championship. They are the plantscape experts.
The decision has been made to create a role to drive a similar success story in the sale and maintenance of Office Plants across Northern UK. The opportunity to create your own sales legacy in an iconic Lothians family business does not come along every day.
The Role
- Drive sales of interior plant displays and maintenance across your region from Newcastle to the Central Belt to Aberdeen.
- Build relationships and partnerships with multiple local and national facilities management companies - a sector you will already understand and know well.
- Build relationships and sell to direct office customers - as you have done previously in your career.
- Understand and spot opportunities in the market - you will be relentless with your drive and curiosity of the interior office market place.
- Arrive with tactics and strategies to improve conversion levels.
- Retain world-class long-term partnerships with customers by delivering an unmatched customer service.
- Build and use strategic partnerships across the region ensuring Fleurtations are front of mind in any conversation about office facilities.
- Manage your weekly and monthly plan and reporting to Head Office.
The role is Hybrid with at least 1 day per week in the office in East Lothian. You must have a full clean driving license and the right to work in the UK.
