Paralegal (Clinical Negligence – Liverpool)

Location: Liverpool/Hybrid

Fletchers Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Clinical Negligence team in Liverpool.

As a Paralegal, you will support solicitors in managing Clinical Negligence cases from inception to trial, under supervision. Your responsibilities include legal research, drafting documents, liaising with clients and professionals, and assisting in case settlement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet KPI targets
  • Progress cases efficiently
  • Liaise with clients, experts, and other professionals
  • Handle pre and post-issue procedures
  • Complete actions on Proclaim Action List
  • Accurate time recording
  • Maintain client files in accordance with quality standards
  • Assist in medical record collection and client document preparation
  • Manage a caseload of early-stage Clinical Negligence cases

Ideal Candidate:

  • Interest or experience in Clinical Negligence law
  • Law degree or equivalent qualification (LPC, CILEX, BAR route)
  • Ability to follow guidance and work in a team
  • Strong legal and analytical skills
  • Organized with excellent communication skills
  • Client-focused attitude
  • Willingness to meet deadlines
