Medical Law Services part of Fletchers Group have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing Team.
As a team member within the Medical Records Team, you will provide support to the legal teams within Fletchers Group, requesting medical records, processing incoming medical records bundles, and instructing cases for pagination.You will be a point of contact for the legal teams and the various Trusts/GP surgeries from whom records are requested.

Main Responsibilities:
- Requesting all medical records and relevant documentation as directed on a specific case from various organisations
- Review of records to ensure the records received are complete failing which missing records will need to be requested and any issue raised with Legal Client Care Team
- Ensuring all medical records are processed and uploaded to the Case Management system in line with the team SLA
- Archiving and locating stored media ensuring the policy for handling of data is followed
- Checking records received are correct in accordance with GDPR
