Fletchers Group have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing Costs Team. Fletchers Solicitors is a leading and fast-growing law firm specialising in Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury. As part of our continued expansion, we are recruiting Cost Negotiators and Senior Cost Negotiators to join our highly experienced Costs team. This is an excellent opportunity for costs professionals at different stages of their careers to work on high-value, complex litigation, playing a key role in maximising recoveries and supporting successful client outcomes. In return Fletchers offers:

Main Responsibilities:
- Managing own caseload using case management software
- Instruct Counsel to attend Detailed Assessment/Oral review or alternatively conduct own hearings.
- Hit agreed recovery targets.
- Undertaking accurate valuation
- Constant communication with fee earners
- Providing head of team updates on forecasts, recoveries, issue files
- Hit agreed daily chargeable hours target.
- Keep MI fully up to date and accurate.
- Deal with aged debt where applicable
- Review points of dispute
- Assist in bundle preparation.
- Ensure SLA/Pipeline metrics adhered to
- Follow agreed processes.
- Providing legal teams with costs advice
- Attending team meetings
- Providing feedback on recoveries/files/fee earning practices
