The successful candidate will play a pivotal role by applying their clinical negligenceexpertiseto review case acceptance.This role is at the heart of decision making, ensuring that allappropriate leadsare accepted quickly and confidently. The Legal Support Team also provide expert legal insight throughout the lifecycle of each case during the Medical Law Services (MLS) process, thereby supporting customers of MLS in identifying and resolving key issues should they arise. The role also involves a crucial feedback loop to assist in identification of training needs across the business and the delivery of key legal training as and when required to assist in elevating teams.The Legal Support Teams expertise will directly influence how colleagues think, learn and operate.
