Join Our Finance Team as a Reconciliation Analyst at Fletchers! Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for accuracy and process improvement? Fletchers is looking for a Reconciliation Analyst to become an integral part of our dynamic Finance department. In this role, you’ll lead reconciliation reporting efforts, safeguarding against bad debts and ensuring data consistency. You’ll design and implement robust control processes that foster a culture of continuous improvement while enhancing data integrity across various external partnerships. Additionally, you’ll provide valuable support to our Accounts department, assisting with day-to-day accounts administration. Main Responsibilities:
- Examining discrepancies between purchase order records and supplier statements
- Cross-referencing third party data to case management system
- Analysis and settlement of ledger balances
- Building reconciliation reports for newly acquired businesses
- Collaborating with various stakeholders across the business to resolve variances
- Data acceptance testing
- Identifying process improvements and opportunities for automation
- Control implementation as a result of reconciliation findings
- Other Ad hoc requirements as necessary
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Forward thinking with an analytical approach when reviewing data
- Advanced excel skills (Match, Lookups, Sumifs, Pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and partner with both internal and external stakeholders
- Use of a legal case management system
