Are you looking to kick-start your career in software development within a supportive and innovative environment? Fletchers Solicitors are seeking a Trainee Proclaim Developer to join our dynamic Development team.
In this role
You’ll play a key part in producing and maintaining Management Information and workflows that directly support our operational and legal teams, helping us achieve our strategic goals. You’ll gain hands-on experience in an Agile environment, working closely with developers, analysts, operations, and stakeholders to bring solutions from initial idea through to delivery. You’ll receive full training and mentoring to become proficient in Proclaim, with opportunities to expand your skills further into the Microsoft PowerApps and Power Platform. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated team player who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with stakeholders, and learning new technologies to make a real business impact.

Main Responsibilities
- Proclaim workflow configuration and development
- Work with other members of the team to deliver solutions promptly and to ensure a consistent approach to development
- Analyse existing systems to determine opportunities for streamlining and performance enhancement
- Create specifications, user and technical documentation
- Assisting service desk and infrastructure team members in resolving incidents, problem investigation and solution provision
Essential Skills and Experience
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with an attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a proactive and positive manner
- Facilitate testing and acceptance of all requirements
