Salary: Up to ÂŁ50,000 per annum (DOE)

We are seeking an experienced and detail‐driven Reconciliation Manager to lead our reconciliation function and manage a team of analysts within our growing finance team. This is a key role where you will oversee reconciliations, resolve supplier queries, and ensure the smooth running of financial processes across the business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing and supporting a team of reconciliation analysts
  • Investigating and resolving supplier queries across a range of case management systems
  • Liaising with disbursement suppliers to reconcile statements and update matter references
  • Reviewing client and office balances on acquired matters
  • Processing disbursement payments
  • Reviewing invoices on matters to balance ledgers
  • Reconciling data within Excel
  • Assisting with queries from team members across the business
  • Working closely with the Finance Integration team and Head of Accounts and Funding
  • Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Regulatory Authority Rules
  • Other administrative tasks as required
Essential Skills And Experience:
  • Experience managing a small team within a finance or reconciliation function
  • Exposure to acquisitions or system migration projects
  • Legal Cashier experience and familiarity with SRA Accounts Rules
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly during change or integration periods
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and reconcile financial data accurately
  • Proven experience working with Excel and Microsoft Office, including data analysis and reconciliations
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • CIMA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
