Fletchers is seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Reconciliation Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This is a key role where you’ll take ownership of reconciling data during acquisition periods, ensuring financial accuracy, data integrity, and effective controls are in place across the business. You’ll play a vital part in protecting against bad debt, supporting external partner relationships, and driving continuous process improvement.
Working closely with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business, you’ll design and implement robust reconciliation and control processes pre and post system migrations. What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a forward-thinking Acquisition Reconciliation Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have essential Legal Cashier experience and a solid understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules, enabling them to confidently review and reconcile matter ledgers data. Advanced Excel skills are required, along with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, partnering with both internal teams and external stakeholders. You’ll be comfortable working in a hybrid model, with travel to our Southport office twice a week, and motivated by accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
