Fletchers Solicitors have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing Team. We are seeking a talented and versatile In-House Photographer / Videographer to help bring our brand to life through powerful visual storytelling. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in shaping how our firm is seen by clients, colleagues and the wider market.

As part of the Marketing, Business Development & Communications team, you will produce high-quality photography and video content that supports brand campaigns, digital channels, business development initiatives, employer brand activity and internal communications. From capturing compelling event coverage and colleague portraits to producing polished campaign films and website content, you will ensure our visual identity is authentic, consistent and engaging.

This is a hands‑on delivery role suited to a creative professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You will work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, BD, PR and Events, interpreting briefs and delivering content efficiently and to a high standard.

Main Responsibilities
  • Photography & Videography
    • Capture high-quality photography and video across:
    • Campaigns and brand activity
    • Website content and case studies
    • Events, conferences and roundtables
    • Colleague and office imagery
    • Employer brand and recruitment content
  • Film and edit short‑form and longer‑form video content for use across digital, social, PR and internal channels.
  • Work sensitively with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders when capturing content, particularly in serious injury and medical negligence contexts.
  • Content Production & Editing
    • Edit and post‑produce photography and video to a consistently high standard.
    • Create content optimised for multiple channels including website, social media, presentations and internal platforms.
    • Maintain an organised and accessible library of visual assets.
  • Brand & Quality Control
    • Ensure all photography and video aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity.
    • Help embed a consistent visual style across service lines, offices and campaigns.
    • Work closely with the wider team to interpret briefs and deliver content that supports strategic objectives.
  • Collaboration & Planning
    • Work collaboratively with marketing, digital, BD, PR and events colleagues to plan content requirements.
    • Support major programmes such as the brand refresh, website rebuild and campaign launches.
    • Provide advice on photography and video best practice to colleagues across the business.
  • Operational & Practical
    • Manage equipment and ensure it is maintained and fit for purpose.
    • Coordinate logistics for shoots, including travel, scheduling and permissions.
    • Support occasional out‑of‑hours or weekend activity where required for events or campaigns.
Essential Skills And Experience
  • Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, ideally in‑house or within an agency serving corporate or professional services clients.
  • Strong technical capability across photography, filming and editing.
  • Experience editing video content for digital and social platforms.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and in sensitive environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and a clear eye for quality and consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines.
Desirable Skills And Experience
  • Experience within professional services, legal, healthcare or regulated environments.
  • Understanding of brand‑led content and storytelling.
  • Experience supporting website or brand launch programmes.
