As a Senior Solicitor in our Clinical Negligence team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and progressing cases with a high level of autonomy and expertise. Your responsibilities will include handling allocated cases from inception to resolution, ensuring that each is conducted with a proactive and commercially focused approach. You will correspond regularly with clients, medical experts, and other stakeholders to provide clear, informed guidance and maintain strong, supportive relationships. Your experience and leadership will be instrumental in delivering successful outcomes, driving the team’s success, and upholding our commitment to excellence in clinical negligence law.
You would be joining a quality, experienced and growing team of Clinical Negligence lawyers several of whom hold accreditations such as from APIL, AvMA and Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel.
