Location: Birmingham / Northampton / Reading / Hybrid

About The Clinical Negligence Department

We are one of the largest Clinical Negligence departments in the UK, with over 200 team members and a strong national reputation. Our work includes all forms of clinical negligence, and we have a dedicated team handling the most severe injury cases caused by medical mistakes. Many of our team members hold accreditations from APIL, AvMA, and the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel.

We are seeking Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives (newly qualified up to Grade A, or equivalent experience) to join our established and growing Clinical Negligence teams. You will manage a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims at all stages, including trial.

Requirements

  • Experience in handling Clinical Negligence cases.
  • Ability to manage cases through to trial.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
