Fletchers Solicitors Ltd have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing Onboarding Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating the training programme for new PI Onboarding Agents, encompassing all the areas of knowledge in process, product and systems. The programme is designed to set the new agent up for success within their role and create a set of key milestones and metrics to track progress and ultimate competency within their new role.
Location: Southport/Liverpool/Hybrid
