Overview: Join Fletchers Group, a leading clinical negligence practice, as a Paralegal. You will manage a supervised caseload, draft documents, conduct legal research, liaise with clients and medical experts, and support senior solicitors on complex, life‑changing cases.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve all KPI targets set by the firm.
- Progress cases in a timely, efficient, and proactive manner.
- Liaise with clients, experts, barristers, third‑party solicitors and insurers as directed.
- Handle pre‑ and post‑issue procedures under supervision, ensuring they are completed cost‑effectively and on time.
- Ensure Proclaim Action List actions are completed promptly.
- Accurate time recording.
- Maintain client files in good order in line with Lexcel and other quality assurance requirements.
- Report to Senior Lawyer as required.
- Assist in collecting and collating medical records.
- Prepare client documents such as witness statements.
- Manage early‑stage clinical negligence cases and support the team with additional tasks.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Desire to work in this area of law and preferably some experience.
- Graduate, preferably with a law‑related degree and/or professional qualification such as LPC, route to BAR or CILEX.
- Ability to take direction and supervision from the team leader.
- Proven legal and forensic skills.
- Good research skills.
- Attention to detail.
