Onboarding Team Member – CN

Salary: £22,932

Location: Southport/Hybrid

Office attendance expectation: Initial period in the office for training, followed by hybrid working.

Working hours: 35 hours – Monday to Sunday on a rota basis (1 weekend work in 6 weeks)

The successful candidate will ensure our clients are at the heart of everything we do by providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include onboarding clients and supporting them during the initial sign-up process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Communicating daily with clients via phone and email
  • Developing knowledge of Medical Negligence claims process
  • Discussing funding and insurance information
  • Collaborating with legal team to progress cases
  • Making amendments to sign-up/medical consent forms as needed
  • Building rapport with clients and accurately entering information into the Proclaim system
  • Monitoring tasks and following up with clients
  • Performing other duties as assigned
  • Gathering additional information from clients
  • Completing conflict checks
  • Assisting legal teams with onboarding high-value cases

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Call centre or customer-facing experience
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, telephone)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service skills
