Office Locations: Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Bolton, Southport, Newcastle, Reading, Birmingham, Northampton, Cambridge, Nottingham, Oxford and Derby. Hybrid working available – flexibility to work from home and collaborate in office when needed.

We are looking for an organised, proactive and creative Events Co‑ordinator to support the delivery of a professional, high‑quality events programme that enhances brand visibility, supports business development and strengthens stakeholder relationships. Working closely with the Senior Events Manager, you will help plan, coordinate and deliver a wide range of in‑person and virtual events across the business, including conferences, roundtables, networking events, client receptions and internal events. Main Responsibilities

  • Event Delivery & Logistics: Assist with the planning and execution of all event logistics, including venue sourcing, supplier liaison, invitations, registration, and on‑the‑day support. Co‑ordinate event materials including name badges, signage, printed collateral, and branded merchandise. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery, including legal teams, marketing, IT and facilities. Maintain up‑to‑date event checklists and timelines for each event to ensure all tasks are completed on time. Provide on‑site support during events, ensuring they run smoothly and professionally.
  • Administration & Systems: Maintain accurate records of attendees, costs, supplier information and post‑event feedback. Help manage and update the events calendar, ensuring visibility across the business. Support with post‑event reporting and analysis, including capturing ROI, engagement and lessons learned. Process event‑related invoices and manage purchase orders in line with budget.
  • Collaboration & Brand Experience: Ensure all events reflect the brand tone and values in both experience and execution. Liaise with the brand and design team to produce high‑quality, on‑brand event materials. Coordinate the ordering and storage of promotional merchandise and event materials, keeping stock levels accurate and replenished.
  • CRM & Post‑Event Follow‑Up: Use the business CRM system to support invitation processes, manage guest lists and record attendance. Ensure accurate data capture before and after events, including contact updates and activity tracking. Work with business development and marketing colleagues to coordinate timely post‑event follow‑up, such as feedback surveys, thank‑you communications and lead referrals. Support reporting on event outcomes, engagement levels and ROI using data held in the CRM and other platforms.

Essential Skills And Experience

  • Previous experience in an events, marketing, or administrative role, ideally in a professional or client‑facing environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, hands‑on approach.
  • Confident communicator, able to build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM, event platforms, or marketing tools (e.g. Eventbrite, Canva) is desirable but not essential.
