We’re looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly and supportive Recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the full recruitment journey — from the moment a vacancy is approved through to welcoming new starters into the business. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment colleagues, ensuring every step of the process runs smoothly, accurately, and professionally. Responsibilities:
- Support the start to end administration of the recruitment and selection process including but not exclusive to:
- Assisting with the administration of Headcount Approval Form (HAF) requests which trigger the recruitment process
- Liaising with recruiting managers to ensure up to date job descriptions for roles are available at the point of a HAF being received
- Uploading vacancies and CVs to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Providing administrative support to the Recruitment Business Partners and Advisors to ensure that the ATS and the People HR system (PHR) are updated at each stage of the process
- Coordinating candidate & recruiting manager availability to arrange interviews
- Supporting hiring managers with interview preparations
- Attending interviews as notetaker if required
- Communicating with candidates to advise of progress and outcomes of applications at each stage of the process
- Uploading successful applicants’ data into the PHR system
- Uploading all relevant documentation onto the PHR System
- Assist with the weekly production of reports on recruitment statistics
- Attend events such as recruitment fairs and careers events
All responsibilities are to be carried out in an accurate and timely manner and in a supportive & professional way.
Essential Skills And Experience:
- Strong general administrative experience and excellent attention to detail
- Positive, “can-do” approach with a proactive attitude to work
- Excellent people and customer service skills – being able to build positive relationships with a diverse range of applicants and people right across the business
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and suggest better ways of working as appropriate
- A strong team player
- Interested in developing a career in Recruitment
