Salary - up to £40,000 depending on experience

Location: Southport

Fletchers is seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Reconciliation Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This is a key role where you’ll take ownership of reconciling data during acquisition periods, ensuring financial accuracy, data integrity, and effective controls are in place across the business. You’ll play a vital part in protecting against bad debt, supporting external partner relationships, and driving continuous process improvement. Working closely with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business, you’ll design and implement robust reconciliation and control processes pre and post system migrations. Main Responsibilities:

  • Investigating and resolving supplier queries across a range of case management systems
  • Liaising with disbursement suppliers to reconcile statements and update matter references
  • Reviewing client and office balances on acquired matters
  • Processing disbursement payments
  • Reviewing invoices on matters to balance ledgers
  • Reconciling data within Excel
  • Assisting with queries from team members across the business
  • Working closely with the Finance Integration team
  • Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Regulatory Authority Rules
  • Other administrative tasks as required
