We have a fantastic job available for an experienced bar manager who would like to develop their career further. Fletchers is a busy independent venue hosting live music, corporate and community events, weddings and private parties.
We are looking for a hands on Manager who would love to develop this great venue further. Along with expertise in bar & cellar management and a greatknowledge of food and drink we would love to hear from someone who has strong experience in marketing.
We offer full training in event management and you will be helping to ensure the venue is always busy.
We are looking for someone great with customer service & who takes pride in ensuring venue standards are up to scratch.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities.
- Experience in bar or hospitality operations with solid Food & Beverage knowledge.
- Ability to train, coach, and motivate a team, with experience in staff Training and development.
- Proven capability to drive Sales through effective promotions, upselling, and revenue-focused initiatives.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a bar, pub, or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of licensing laws, health and safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Competence in basic financial tasks such as cash handling, stock control, and reporting.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the venue.
- Relevant hospitality or management qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
