A highly successful and progressive firm of Chartered Accountants in Guildford is looking to recruit an ambitious Audit and Accounts Manager to join their experienced team.
About your role:
- This is a critical role in the Audit and Accounts team in which you will have close partner contact and the opportunity to develop much broader skills.
- You will work with some good-sized clients without having to do lots of travelling to conduct on-site Audit work.
- You will work closely with a portfolio of clients, assisting with the production of year-end accounts, conducting audits from planning through to completion stage for Partner review.
- You will assist in supervising the Audit and Accounts team including the planning and delivery of work, ensuring all active studiers are being supported well.
About you:
- You will be either ACA or ACCA Qualified with relevant post qualification experience.
- You will enjoy supervising more junior team members and being a positive part of their development.
- You will have experience of working with Owner Managed Businesses, and companies that are part of larger Groups including some Charitable organisations and LLPs.
About your Rewards:
- A salary of £45,000 to £65,000 is offered as a guideline by Fletcher George and each candidate will be considered individually based on relevant post qualifying experience.
