Audit Accounts Senior, West End London, Β£45,000 to Β£55,000 Hybrid Working

Our client is seeking a newly qualified ACCA, ACA, Audit and Accounts Senior or equivalent professional to join their expanding team at their London office, 2-3 days a week, 5 minutes walk from London Waterloo Train station.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely, perfect for someone ready to step up and take ownership of audits for a diverse range of clients. The portfolio ranges from OMBs through to PE backed Groups. The role will be 80% audit vs 20% accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Audits: Manage audits from planning to completion, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
Mentor & Support: Supervise junior staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to help them develop.
Financial Reporting: Review and prepare accurate financial statements in line with regulations.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks throughout the audit process.
Strong tax knowledge, particularly in corporation tax; knowledge of VAT and payroll taxes is advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
Analytical skills with attention to detail and lateral thinking to identify and solve problems.
Initiative, judgement, and ownership of issues from start to finish.
Experience working with a wide range of clients, including FCA-regulated clients.
Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
Desire to progress and develop your career.
