Audit Manager / Senior Manager job in Woking with a clear route to progression and exposure to a high-quality, audit-focused client portfolio. The Role

  • You will take ownership of a portfolio of audit clients, working closely with Partners and senior leadership while supporting the development of the wider team.
  • Responsibilities include managing an audit-focused client portfolio, overseeing the preparation and review of financial statements under FRS 102 and IFRS, leading audits through to completion with minimal supervision, and acting as a key point of contact for clients.
  • You will attend and contribute to client meetings, manage workflow and deadlines across multiple assignments, and play an active role in developing and mentoring junior team members.
  • There is also the opportunity to contribute to business development activities, building and maintaining strong client relationships.

About You

  • You will be ACA or ACCA qualified with strong audit experience gained within an accountancy practice.
  • You will have experience leading audits, including group audits and consolidated accounts, and be confident managing multiple assignments and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues.
  • This role will suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, supporting team development and contributing to the wider success of a growing firm.
