Job Description Audit Manager – Weybridge, Surrey £50,000 – £65,000 + Benefits | ACA / ACCA Qualified | Hybrid Working Fletcher George Recruitment is working with a highly successful and supportive firm of Chartered Accountants in Weybridge to appoint an Audit Manager. This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced Audit Assistant Manager or established Audit Manager to take ownership of a client portfolio while continuing to develop technically and commercially. You will join a collaborative team environment where client relationships, quality delivery and long-term career progression are all prioritised. As Audit Manager, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of audit clients, leading assignments from planning through to completion while supporting and developing junior team members. Managing a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery Reviewing complex statutory accounts, including group structures, using Caseware Reviewing corporation tax computations as part of the wider compliance process Leading audit planning, resourcing and workflow management Monitoring work in progress, budgets and recovery rates across your portfolio Acting as a key point of contact for clients, advising on audit and accounting matters Coaching, mentoring and developing junior team members ACA or ACCA qualified with strong experience gained within a UK accountancy practice Currently operating at Assistant Manager or Manager level within Audit Confident reviewing complex accounts and leading audit assignments Hybrid working Competitive benefits package Fletcher George Recruitment is an accountancy and finance recruitment agency acting as an employment agency.
