We are delighted to be working with a leading and high growth firm who are seeking to appoint a Tax Partner to join their highly successful and well-regarded tax division. This is a really great opportunity to play a key role in shaping and growing the national tax offering. The role will be based in Hertford, looking after both the Corporate and Private Clients teams; the opportunity will allow you to be influential in achieving the development of the firm’s broader tax department across multiple sites.
As Tax Partner, you will take over leadership of both the tax compliance and advisory function, working closely with colleagues across other service lines. You will be central to driving the growth of the division, developing new initiatives, maintaining key client and internal relationships, and supporting the firm’s ambitious strategic plans.
This position would suit either an established Tax Partner or a Director seeking Partnership, who is a Qualified CTA and has strong experience across both corporate and private client tax planning, together with exposure to complex advisory and ad hoc client project work. A genuine and demonstrable passion for winning and onboarding new clients alongside the drive to build and lead an exceptional Tax team.

- Salary will be competitive and is dependent on experience and current package, with the banding of £100,000 - £150,000 currently set by Fletcher George.
