Audit Supervisor Leatherhead
Fantastic career opening for an ACA or ACCA Qualified professional to join the Audit Team of a highly respected firm of Chartered Accountants with hybrid working, an excellent benefits package and an environment to further your career in this dynamic and supportive firm.
You will be an experienced Audit Senior or Audit Supervisor who can work within the department, running and providing full management to an impressive client base ranging from SMEs to medium-sized complex groups, which includes high-end retail brands, sports businesses, financial services and the \’not for profit\’ sector.
The features of the role include:
- Significant responsibility for liaising with clients throughout the audit process
- Working closely with Partners, Managers and the team to ensure Audit Risk Assessments are undertaken
- Attending site visits
- Motivating, developing and supporting more junior members of the team
In addition, there is great scope for capable individuals to broaden their skills across the business from involvement in due diligence, accountancy support and other commercial advisory assignments. Opportunities for career progression within the Firm are consequently excellent.
Typical examples are:
- Preparation of statutory statements for large corporations, including Groups
- Some exposure to Corporate Finance work, including valuations; due diligence for acquisitions and sales
Requirements:
You will already have Audit experience, gained within a Practice environment and be ACA or ACCA-qualified. You will possess a combination of strong audit and statutory accounts preparation experience. Up-to-date and working knowledge of FRS102 and IFRS would also be preferred. As an experienced professional, you will be a self-motivated individual who takes pride in producing high-quality work and can thrive in a modern, flexible and fast-paced environment.
