Job Description
Accounts / Audit Semi-Senior, Kingston upon Thames, £32,000 – 37,000 plus fantastic package including study support and hybrid working
Play a key role in delivering high-quality services to a diverse client portfolio, including SMEs, sole traders, partnerships, and larger corporates. This role offers a 60/40 split between accounts and audit work and includes the following responsibilities:
- Preparation of statutory, year-end, and rental accounts
- Bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and preparation of VAT returns using Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
- Management accounts preparation and financial reporting
- Assisting with audit fieldwork for a variety of clients
- Using CCH software to produce accounts and maintain records
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Collaborating closely with the wider team to meet deadlines and ensure compliance

- Experience in a UK accountancy practice is essential

- Confident using cloud-based software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and CCH
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
- Organised, motivated, and detail-oriented
