Senior Tax Manager – Route to Partnership | London SE1 CTA Qualified | £70,000–£90,000 + Defined Bonus Structure | Hybrid Fletcher George is delighted to be working with a modern and growing firm based in the SE1 area.
Following a successful period of growth and continued investment in the firm the Partners are now looking to establish a dedicated tax department and appoint an experienced tax professional to lead the growth of the Tax offering.
This is far more than a traditional Senior Tax Manager role.
You will have the opportunity to build and shape a dedicated tax offering and to have a genuine influence on how this part of the practice develops.
Importantly, there is a clear route to partnership alongside the development of the team and the growth of the Tax compliance and advisory offering.
The Role This is a broad and commercially focused tax position combining compliance work, advisory projects, business development and the opportunity to build a team.
Your responsibilities will include: Acting as the key tax specialist for the wider firm supporting colleagues on complex tax matters and bringing strong working knowledge across personal, partnership and corporate tax .
