Join Our Team as a Quarry Operator!
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Quarry Operator at our Wheatsheaf Quarry to work day-shift between 6:00am to 5:30pm, with the occasional Saturday. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the quarry, with a focus on production and load-out tasks to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers. If you’re a motivated team player with a great attitude, a strong safety mindset, and a willingness to learn, we’d love to hear from you. Experience operating heavy machinery in a quarry environment — such as dump trucks, excavators, or loaders — is an advantage, but not essential. Full training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed and grow in the role.

For this role you will need:
- NZ Class 2 Drivers Licence with WTR
- Dump Truck, Excavator or Loader experience advantageous
- Be mechanically minded
- Right to work in New Zealand
- Decent level of fitness – there will be some manual heavy lifting
- Common sense and a healthy and positive attitude towards your work to ensure your teammates get home safely each day.
