Yard & Drive Thru Team Member – Riccarton

You’ll be working in our Yard and Drive Thru area as part of the team serving customers, loading, and unloading products onto vehicles/trucks.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers within our timber yard & Drive Thru department
• Loading goods onto customer vehicles
• Processing customer orders and transactions
• Picking orders for delivery when needed
• Monitoring inventory and cycle counts
• Assisting to maintain an efficient warehouse
• Operating a Forklift

This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, Tuesday-Saturday.

About you:

You will play a lead role in ensuring our loyal customers receive excellent care and service. You should be a people person who thrives on building rapport with customers.

• Full clean class 1 driver license and Forklift license/experience preferred
• Trade/product knowledge or warehousing experience
• Physically fit with strong health and safety values
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Computer and numeracy skills
