Join the Higgins team in Christchurch as a Milling Operator! We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Milling Operator to join our crew and support our road maintenance and construction operations. About the Role
As a Milling Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating milling machinery to remove existing road surfaces safely and efficiently. You’ll work closely with the crew to ensure high-quality outcomes and smooth project delivery.

- Proven experience operating milling machines or similar heavy plant
- Strong understanding of road construction and milling processes
- A safety-first mindset - for yourself, your team, and the public
- Class 2 or 4 licence (WTR endorsement an advantage)
