Earning potential for Head Chefs up to £55,000 including basic, tronc, and bonus. At its heart, Flesh & Buns is a Japanese Izakaya, fundamentally a Japanese gastropub. We focus on sharing plates - Robata grilled meats served alongside bao buns, Sushi, and Sashimi with a twist and small plates. Our service is very informal but extremely professional and we are always looking for people who like to do something a little different whether working the floor or kitchen.

Responsibilities:
As a head chef, you'll be working directly with the General Manager; you will support and develop an incredible crew of chefs providing epic food and experiences for our guests. This is a great opportunity for a head chef to work around awesome Asian fusion food in an epic setting with a great crew of people! We do a lot of thinking outside the box creatively when developing new dishes and we welcome your input.
