Flemym is hiring a Marketing Manager to launch a new hospitality brand opening its first site in 2027. This is a founding‑team role, working directly with the co‑founders.

The Brand: A new nature‑led luxury hospitality concept — a collection of architect‑designed cabins set within some of Britain’s most extraordinary private estates. Technology‑free by design. Built around spaciousness, presence, deep connection with nature and with one another, and emotional wellbeing — an antidote to the always‑on culture most of us are quietly exhausted by. Five sites in the pipeline, with the first opening at a historic estate in Norfolk.

The Role: A rare opportunity to shape the launch of a hospitality brand from the inside. You’ll own the day‑to‑day of marketing — distribution strategy, social, content, CRM, and brand stewardship — while coordinating closely with our retained PR agency and brand identity partners. This is not a playbook role. It’s a playbook‑writing role. The first 12 months focus on building the brand’s narrative, growing a pre‑launch audience, and laying the distribution and direct‑booking foundations. Beyond that, a clear path to Head of Marketing as the portfolio expands.

You: You almost certainly aren’t from a corporate hotel group. You might come from a challenger lifestyle brand, a creative agency, a publication, a DTC wellness or design brand, or an early‑stage independent hospitality concept. What matters: taste, a real point of view, the ability to think strategically and execute hands‑on, commercial instinct, and a genuine belief that what we’re building matters. Likely 3–8 years’ experience.
