We are now recruiting for a Maintenance Shift Engineer to join a well-established and successful team at the Flemings Hotel Mayfair.

In this role you will assist the Maintenance team with daily maintenance defects, preventative maintenance, decorating, plumbing, and basic electrical work within the hotel. Some of the duties are:

  • To respond to maintenance requests and operations from hotel guests and staff
  • To help keep technical equipment well-maintained
  • To identify problems and defects, and help resolve them
  • Provide assistance with scheduled and preventative maintenance operations
  • To have a thorough knowledge of the operation of all plant, boiler and air conditioning and heating equipment in the hotel and maintain in an efficient working order
  • Assisting your colleagues with any reasonable request
  • To carry out emergency repairs affecting guest bedrooms and services with an immediate effect
