We are looking to recruit an Assistant Head Housekeeper to join our core housekeeping team.
You will be responsible, together with the Head Housekeeper and another Assistant, to achieve and maintain the highest level of cleaning standards throughout the Hotel. Experience in a luxury property is essential.
Main responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the smooth running of the Housekeeping Department.
- Adhere to, promote and train the department service standards.
- Pay particular attention to VIP guests and VIP supplies.
- Supervise and ensure all team members are aware of their responsibilities and are performing all duties to a consistently high standard.
- Ensure that all guests are greeted in a warm and courteous fashion and tended to in a professional manner by every team member.
- Co-ordinate individual and group arrivals and departures.
- Daily monitoring of rooms by conducting and documenting inspections of assigned rooms.
- Check the status of all rooms (i.e. out of order, VIPs etc) and communicate with appropriate personnel on a daily basis.
