An exciting opportunity to join our Industrial Spray Team. You will work as part of the production process ensuring efficiency and effective technique in all industrial spray activities.
Fleming-Agri Products is a highly successful manufacturer of machinery for Agriculture and Countryside Care. Based in Newbuildings, Fleming Agri Products currently has over 100 employees working in a modern purpose-built factory.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Industrial Paint Sprayer to join our production team. Working as part of our production team, you will play a key role in ensuring our products are finished to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities

Apply paint finishes to products to the highest quality standards.

Maintain efficiency and productivity within the spray house.

Carry out quality checks throughout the spraying process.

Perform routine maintenance and care of spraying equipment.

Keep the spray area clean, organised, and operating efficiently.

Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules for booths, fans, filters, and equipment.

Participate in ongoing training to develop spraying techniques and product knowledge.

Follow all company Health & Safety procedures and safe systems of work.

Wear and maintain all required PPE.

Report any equipment faults or safety concerns promptly.

Previous industrial spraying experience is desirable but not essential as full training can be provided for the right candidate.

Working Hours
