Overview
- Integrated account work: You’ll work on genuinely integrated accounts where digital sits at the centre of the work, collaborating closely with strategy, creative, corporate affairs, health and social teams across the agency.
- Campaign delivery and digital innovation: You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering digital campaigns for major global brands, spanning social content, influencer activity, paid, reporting and digital innovation projects.
- Client management and global coordination: you’ll build strong client relationships and help lead day-to-day account management across complex international programmes across sectors such as healthcare, finance, energy, FMCG and professional services.
- High-profile global campaigns: you’ll have the opportunity to support major global campaigns and integrated workstreams, where you’ll contribute with ideas, shape approaches and push digital thinking forward.
- Cross-network collaboration: You’ll be part of a collaborative digital team working across the Omnicom network.

The Day To Day Includes
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of social and digital campaigns across multiple channels, making sure everything goes live smoothly and to a high standard.
- Working closely with planners and creatives to shape digital tactics and integrated comms strategies, keeping a clear eye on the client's commercial goals throughout.
- Owning the day-to-day campaign mechanics, from managing timelines and project admin to keeping internal stakeholders and clients aligned.
- Producing high-quality digital content and performance analysis, turning data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
- Building trusted day-to-day relationships with clients, managing expectations with confidence and keeping them engaged and excited about the work.
- Spotting organic growth opportunities across accounts and contributing to RFP and pitch responses.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members, helping them build their skills across live projects and campaigns.
About You
- A digitally fluent communicator with a genuine passion for digital and social media excellence, and experience in digital communications, ideally with some exposure to healthcare.
- Experience in digital and social media strategy and execution within a PR, marketing or agency environment.
- Experience working across a range of audiences, from C-Suite and senior business decision-makers to healthcare professionals, and across a variety of channels including social media, paid and HCP specialist platforms.
- A proven track record of managing multichannel campaigns from conception through to execution.
- Experience working with healthcare organisations would be a big plus but isn’t essential.
- Understand the importance of paid media as part of a successful integrated campaign.
- Experience with digital and social media management and measurement platforms including at least some of the following: Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google Analytics.
